As the owner of Tiffany Frances, my mission goes far beyond the day-to-day operations of running a salon. I am not a hairdresser by trade — instead, my focus is on creating an environment where our stylists can thrive and where every client experiences true luxury. Building on the amazing foundations our previous owner Kerrie built.
I dedicate my time to mentoring our talented team, ensuring they receive the highest level of training and uphold the standards of excellence our salon is known for. From the moment you walk through our doors, I want you to feel cared for, empowered, and transformed.
For me, this is more than a business — it’s about building a space where artistry, professionalism, and empowerment come together to create something unforgettable.
