Meet our Salon Owner, Director, Bridal Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist Kerrie who is a qualified hairdresser, stylist and makeup artist with over 14 years' experience. 

Kerrie has been wowing clients as a bridal hair stylist since attending multi-award-winning bridal stylist Pam Wrigley's Academy in 2017 and training with Vicki Lord’s Academy.  She has been trained by some of the best Insta-famous wedding hair stylists such as Kasia Fortune, Kristina Gasperas, Hair by Hannah Taylor and Uylana Aster.

Kerrie uses the best hair products to achieve perfect hair styles for brides in Gravesham and surrounding areas.  Although based in Gravesend in Kent, Kerrie is happy to travel to your chosen destination to tend to your wedding hair needs. She has even travelled to Florence in Italy for a wedding.

Meet our Assistant Manager Charmaine who is also a talented stylist, hair extensions specialist and hair colour expert.  She qualified in 2003 and has been creating beautiful hair since then!

Which hairstyles do you love creating?  Hair extensions is my niche and I’m a massive fan of short hair, cutting and colouring. I love a long to short transformation because it has such a huge impact. I also love straightening hair. You will leave with it smooth a silky that will last for days. 

What do you love about being a hair stylist? I love that you can change someone’s appearance and make them feel confident and look amazing. I love listening to my clients' problems and needs and not only being their stylist but being a friend too.

Who or what inspires you to create great hair? Instagram is where I get most of my inspiration and Pinterest. It’s the modern day bible for hairdressers. Blond chronicles, Stephanie’s Hair Extensions and Wella Hair UK.

What is your ultimate ambition? My ultimate ambition is to be able to educate others within the hair extension business.

Tell us something about you that might surprise others.  I’m married and a dog mum to 2 gorgeous dogs. I’m also a qualified beauty therapist.

How would you describe yourself... in 3 words? Friendly, confident and professional.

Say hi to Karen who is a hair stylist and advanced hair colour technician (including blonde specialist) at Tiffany France Salon in Gravesend. She qualified in 1999 and has been creating fabulous hair ever since!

Which hair services do you love doing?  I love doing balayage and lightening services. I love the blonde / toning process.

What do you love about being a hairdresser?  I love working at Tiffany Frances Salon, meeting clients and .making them feel happy and confident but also having the opportunity where I can learn and improve in my work

Who or what inspires you to create great hair? I’m always seeing inspirational pics on Instagram and wanting to learn more. Masters of Balayage, Daisy Good, Blond Chronicles.

What is your ultimate ambition? To feel confident and have learnt enough to educate others.

Which hair colours do you love creating? I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing, especially balayage.

What do you love about your job?  I love making people feel confident and happy with themselves, I also enjoy talking to my clients and being an agony aunt

Let us introduce you to our Brow Artist & Aesthetics Specialist Kirsty who qualified in 2016 and loves keeping up-to-date by attending training courses and working with the latest products.   

Which beauty treatment do you absolutely love doing? I’m well known for my eyebrow tattooing. I’m also often recommended for my Botox treatments and lip fillers as clients like to go where they know their friends/family/ work colleagues are happy with the results. I like to create natural-looking results which enhance what the client already has.  This shows in my work

What do you love about working at the salon? The atmosphere, my colleagues, and seeing my clients.

Which 3 things would you take with you if you were stranded on a desert island? My dog (to keep me busy ); suncream so I don’t get burnt and a pen and paper to keep my creative ideas busy.

What is your ultimate ambition? To be the best I can be, to have my name recognized in the industry. To work less but earn more!

Tell us something about you that would surprise others!  When socialising I am nervous about meeting new people even though my job is meeting new people every hour. I think I like my comfort bubble of what I know and like (my job, my friends). Anything outside of that - the unknown - I’m not sure of. 

How would you describe yourself? The person who would do anything for anyone - a counsellor who tries to help my clients with ideas and suggestions. A girl with a busy hectic life and lots going on behind the scenes.  My clients like that as I’m so down to earth. When they walk through the door they relax within minutes.
