Subscription Terms & Conditions

To keep things running smoothly for all our clients, please note the following terms when joining our Blowdry Subscription:

1. Minimum Two-Month Commitment

All subscriptions require a minimum sign-up period of two months. After this period, you may continue month-to-month or request cancellation.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your subscription:

You must notify the salon via email
Cancellation must be requested before the next month’s subscription renews
Once the new month has rolled over, the payment and appointments for that month are non-refundable

3. Missed or Cancelled Appointments

If you are unable to attend your booked blowdry:

Please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another client
Missed appointments are not transferable or refundable
Subscription blowdries cannot be carried over into the next month

4. Booking Flexibility

Subscribers are welcome to book appointments in advance to secure preferred dates and times. All appointments are subject to stylist availability.

5. Non-Transferable

Blowdry Subscription appointments are for the named subscriber only and cannot be shared or transferred.
